Getting With The Git Revolution
In this episode of the TPM podcast show Jason Kridner, an Open Platforms Technologist at Texas Instruments, talks about how Git has revolutionized collaborative software development. Unlike rigid source control tools Git allows numerous independent developers to collaborate and still merge their code together even if everything isn’t 100% in alignment. Combined with the issue management features GitHub, developers have almost everything they need to manage collaborative efforts. Jason likes Git so much he even uses it to manage his own projects that no one is helping with.
